Zhuo Wang, PhD, works in China and Australia as CEO of Pinchain Pty Ltd, a tourism research company providing planning advice and technology solutions for government and industry. She completed her doctorate in tourism management in the School of Tourism, University of Queensland, Australia. She has completed a number of consultancy projects in the area of smart technology for culture and tourism experiences, and has developed virtual reality applications for the Chinese Embassy in Australia using gamification to create awareness and interest in travel to China.
