Teresa Fernandes has a postgraduate degree in marketing from University of Algarve, Portugal, now a specialist in marketing offered by Portuguese Association of Marketing Professionals. She is the National Coordinator of the Specialized Commission on Communication and Environmental Education of the Portuguese Association of Water Distributors. A frequent speaker at national and international conferences, she offers training for executives in marketing, strategy, crisis management, public relations, and protocol. Author of articles in communication and environmental education, she collaborates with press agencies.
