BOB KHARAZMI

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company,

USA

Bob Kharazmi is a luxury hotel operator with 35 years of leadership experience. Shortly after joining The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company in 1984, he established the company’s motto of “Ladies and Gentlemen serving Ladies and Gentlemen”. This culture and personalized service excellence continued to flourish under Marriott International’s ownership. After Starwood Hotels and Resorts was acquired, his role expanded to other luxury brands such as St. Regis and The Luxury Collection, also shaping the operations standards for The RitzCarlton Yacht Collection. Responsible for the business results of a broad hotel portfolio spanning multiple luxury brands and geographies, he is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Master from Mercer University.
